Oil drilling power electric automatic control system
The oil drilling and production electric drive automation equipment is applicable to the oil drilling and production system of various well depth in land, moor, polar region, desert and ocean. It can be connected to kinds of main drive motor (DC separately excited motor, DC series motor and AC asynchronous motor), and equipped with various drive mode and diesel generator set. In addition, at the request of the client, with the support from the main engine plant, the equipment can provide the functions of automatic drilling, closed-loop control of the winch position (to prevent "bump from the top and smash at the bottom"), drilling energy monitoring, rotary table soft torque and replacement of auxiliary braking with dynamic braking. The equipment conforms to the standards of GB3797, JB5878, JB/T7845, SYT6725.2009, IEC and IEEE. The devices installed on the drill floor, including the driller electrical control platform and foot switch have acquired the explosion-proof certificate issued by China National Quality Supervision and Test Center for Explosion Protected Electrical Products. The marine drilling rig electric drive automation equipment has passed the CCS and ABS certification.

SP type drilling rig electric automation equipment
This type of equipment is AC frequency conversion speed regulating system (VFD), capable to change the voltage and frequency
constant AC600V on the main bus into the alternative current with variable frequency through the frequency converter, to control
the revolving speed of the AC asynchronous motor. The application of the VFD control system on the electric drive oil drilling rig
is not very long but develops rapidly in recent years for its remarkable performance (especially for winch).
